AND CONDITIONS
Final payment:
Final payment is to arrive no later than 28 days prior
to your arrival date and this date is clearly noted on
your confirmation letter .
Please note that charges are in Euros and you are
advised to send a bankers draft for both the deposit and
the final payments. Alternatively, bank-to-bank
transfers are acceptable if full transfer fees are paid,
banking details on request.
**Please note that Lloyds, HSBC, First Direct,
Co-operative banks are all fine but with National
Westminster and particularly Barclays you must specify
an International bankers draft and not an international
money order, that it should be cashable in Paris not in
London and that these cost around £15 (not £8) and
usually takes three working days to be prepared, needing
to be ordered by your local branch from their head
office.
Cancellations :
If for any reason you have to cancel your booked holiday
please do contact me as soon as possible and i will
endeavour to re-book the period reserved. If you cancel
your booking I reserve the right with-hold the full
deposit paid, however if I am successful in re-booking
the cottage then your deposit will be returned less any
additional advertising costs. You may also try to rebook
your own holiday under the same terms and conditions -
or transfer your holiday to friends or relations.
LETTING PERIODS RUN STRICTLY FROM SATURDAY TO
SATURDAY
You are requested not to arrive before 4.30pm and to
have departed by 9.30am to allow for sufficient
changeovers and cleaning procedures. Water, electricity
and gas are included during main season rentals only,
please note that during off season rentals, up to the
4th June 2011, from the 18th of September 2011 through
to the 5th of June 2012, electricity and heating is
not included and the meter will be read with charges at
cost price minus the cost for running filtration of the
pool.
Wood for the fire in the lounge or the cuisiniére in the
dining room can be supplied for winter long-term lets on
supplement and in addition to this there are very
efficient electric convectors in both the upstairs
bedrooms.
Linen can be supplied with supplements of 15euros per
double bed and 10euros per single bed, please do note
which beds you would like made up where applicable. If
you wish to bring your own linen the double beds each
have a large double size duvet and four English pillows
with extra blankets for winter lets supplied. Tea towels
are supplied but not hand or bath towels. A breakages
deposit of 100 euros is charged, to be added to all
bookings and refundable within four weeks after your
departure.
You are strongly advised to take out personal insurance
for all of your party, personal belongings, travel,
particularly cancellations etc etc and particularly
health cover for medical treatment. |
